در جواب دریافتی از مکاتبه استرالیا مربوط به آفر شماره چهارم شما اطلاعات زیر خدمت شما : -possess a minimum of BSc Hons I, or equivalent qualification, which includes a significant research project -identify an advisor - identify a suitable project فرم مخصوصی ارسال کرده اند باید تکمیل شود ،  برای شما تیم ادوایزر و میزان بورس مشخص می کنند ، پروژه های موجود را با زمینه کاری شما مقایسه  می کنند ، بعد از تکمیل این فرم اینترنتی برایشان ارسال می شود ، باید مشخص شود که قبلا ثبت نام جایی داشتید یا خیر ،  هر روزی از سال این دوره های پژوهشی می تواند شروع شود البته جزئیات دقیق ارائه نکردند ، ولی باید سال و ماه مدنظر شروع دوره را مشخص کنید ، please briefly outline your research interests (100 word اmaximum) آیا خودتان استادی از استرالیا می شناسید که اسم آنرا برای کارهای پژوهشی تان هم بیاوریم. این دانشگاه قابلیت دوره زبان هم دارد ، و برای کسانی که دو سال به انگلیسی درس خوانده اند نیازی به آیلتس یا تافل نمی باشد با این وجود بعنوان مشاور پیشنهاد دارم در آیلتس شرکت کنید چون دوره فوق شما یک ساله بوده است و این مسئله برای سایر ثبت نامی ها هم حل می شود. شانس بورس برای این دانشگاه وجود دارد و ما درخواست بورس می دهیم و تمام تیک های بورس تحصیل و زندگی را می زنیم. The University may award a living allowance and /or tuition fee scholarship to a research higher degree candidate نیاز به نامه انگیزش تحصیلی می باشد Please outline the main reasons why you have selected field and continue education …. متن را آماده کنید ما آنرا تکمیلتر و ارسال می کنیم. در فرم مخصوص اشاره شده است که از زمینه تحصیلی شما در دانشگاه محل تحصیل سوالاتی می شود. در پایان باید امضا کنید و اسکن آنرا ارسال کنید. همچنین بهمراه ریزنمرات و رزومه برایشان باید ارسال شود : return it, together with a copy of your CV and academic transcripts حتی قبل از تکمیل این فرم با اساتید و آزمایشگاه سرطان و موضوعاتی از موارد مورد نظر شما مکاتبات اولیه انجام شود. ولی باید این فرم نیز برایشان ارسال شود تا نتیجه ارزشیابی اولیه مشخص شود تازه بعد مراحل بعدی ثبت نام انجام شود. با حداقل شش استاد راهنمای مختلف نیز مکاتبه انجام شد ، که علاقه مند به شرکت در پروژه ها و موضوعات تحقیقات سرطان و مربوطه هستیم رزومه و ریزنمرات هم ارسال شد ولی دقت کنید آن فرم ثبت نام اولیه باید تکمیل و انجام شود.مثلا یکی از اساتید در زمینه های زیر کار می کرد: Cancer research. During registering onto the website, applicants should have the following documents ready

• A letter of motivation/personal statement as well as your research interests (to be copy-pasted in the "Research interest'' tab in the online application)

• The applicant will also have to indicate his/her three preferred projects among the advertised research projects in the ParaFrap PhD Program

• A detailed CV:

- List all universities and other academic institutions that you have attended since high school, and indicate all university diplomas you have received so far (specifying the University, country, year, and grade or marks for each degree);

- B.Sc.: indicate the title of your B.Sc. work, where and when, the lab address and your grade.

- Master: Indicate the title and a short abstract of your research work, the institution (university etc.), the lab address and the time period in which the work has been or will be completed  (in the event of no formal master's degree obtained or in preparation, please explain in your accompanying letter why you think your training is equivalent).

- Indicate if you are you currently preparing a diploma, and, if yes, which one? (specify the University, country, and title of the diploma, as well as the expected due date).

- List all your internships (work experience in laboratories apart from the above mentioned) 

- List your technical skills (briefly)

- The list of honors and awards, as well as publications (indicate all authors and title) or communications at meetings (indicate all authors, title and specify whether it was a poster or oral presentation at the conference) can be copy-pasted in the "Research interest" tab in the online application.

- Your GRE score and your TOEFL score (specify which TOEFL version) if available.

Please indicate two referees (supervisors, researchers etc.) whom we will ask for letters of recommendation about your skills and laboratory experience. These two letters will be uploaded directly to the website by the referees (not by the applicants themselves).

Unfortunately, all of our PhD deadlines for the Fall of 2013 have passed (March 1).  We would encourage you to apply for Fall 2014.  We have doctoral programs in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Environmental Health Sciences, Maternal and Child Health, and Public Health Policy and Management.  Given your background, I assume you would be interested in Epidemiology?  Further information and links are below, but please let me know if you have additional questions.

The PhD in Epidemiology trains individuals for careers in research and teaching in academic settings, research institutes, government agencies and industry. It has been designed for students whose careers will focus on conducting investigator-initiated and collaborative epidemiologic research. All applications will be submitted through the online centralized application service for accredited colleges of public health, SOPHAS, which is located at www.sophas.org.  Through this service, you will submit your official transcripts, personal statement, resume/CV, letters of recommendation, and TOEFL scores (for international applicants).  You will submit your GRE scores to the University of Arizona College of Public Health/SOPHAS (code 4253), which routes yours cores directly to SOPHAS. 

Our priority deadline for the Fall of 2013 is December 1.  If you miss that deadline, we also have a March 1 deadline.
